Proud to be a Disability Confident Leader

Arlington Automotive is proud to announce that we’ve just been approved as a Disability Confident Leader.

To be awarded a Disability Confident Leader is the highest level that a business can achieve in this area.

The recognition clearly demonstrates Arlington’s commitment to equality and diversity in the workplace. In fact, out of the 13,611 employers on the gov.co.uk website, Arlington is in the top 1.79%. So naturally, we’re delighted with the news.

But far more important than the award, is what it means. The bottom line is that we ensure disabled people and those with long term health conditions have the opportunities to both fulfil their potential and realise their aspirations.

It’s something that Arlington has long since focused on, and something that we’ll continue to champion.
