£250,000 robot technology = spot on for welding

Arlington Automotive’s Newton Aycliffe’s plant has invested £250,000 in new robot spot welding technology to maximise efficiency and output. The new robot is installed and is planned to go on stream in the next few weeks, transforming our abilities in spot welding and increase the capability of products that we manufacture. This is a perfect example of our supply chain integration as the work will no longer be carried out by any sub - contractors and will be done in house instead, thus reducing the supply chains and decreasing transport costs.
